Hi, we’re Jess and Trae.
Joyful With Purpose started when Jess, a stay-at-home mom of more than ten years, found virtual assistant work and fell in love with it. Trae left his job as a pharmacist to join her, and today we run the business side by side with a small team of talented women.

How much does a virtual assistant cost?
Our monthly packages start at $450 a month for email marketing or admin support and $650 a month for social media, and one-time projects start at $175. After your free exploration call, you’ll get a written proposal with the exact scope, time and price.
Can you manage my social media for me?
Yes. Social media is one of our most popular services. We create your Canva graphics, write captions, schedule posts and engage with your community, with packages from $650 a month.
Where are your clients located?
Anywhere! We work remotely with small businesses, entrepreneurs and creators across the country.
What if you haven’t used my platforms before?
We learn them. Being your figure-it-out team is what we do best, and we’ll be upfront if something is better handled by a specialist.
How will we communicate?
Whatever works best for you: email, Slack, Voxer, Loom or regular check-in calls. We’ll set it up together at the start.
Is my information safe with you?
Yes. We treat your inbox, files and finances with the same care we’d want for our own business, and never act on anything without your okay.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Our packages have a three-month minimum, which gives us time to learn your business and make a real difference. That said, we always aim to be flexible and meet you where you are, so book an exploration call and we’ll figure out the best way to fit your needs.
